Pathlock is continuing to improve how we communicate and respond to your support requests. To improve the customer experience, we have fully integrated all ticket management from our products into Freshdesk CRM. With the final integrations complete, email to ticket creation ended October 1, 2024.

If you previously had portal access and forgot you password, simply reset it during login to the Customer Support Portal.
